Brooks Brothers vtg M(?) cabled wool cardigan made in Italy with discoloration

Gray vintage Brooks Brothers cabled all wool cardigan with reflective buttons. The only label is the one in the neck. Listing as a medium due to a slim fit waist. Please see photos for measurements. Some pilling under the arms and a pinkish discoloration on the left side near button which looks to be permanent.
