What size do you think this is? Is it suede?

@car5009 My daughter was was a size 7/8 or medium when she wore it. I just added the size chart that was provided when I bought it to the pictures. It is not suede. Labelled as faux suede. The material is 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex.
