Zhivago Pink It Has Come Skirt & Sequin Top

Chic pink mini skirt with sequin detail. Perfect for a glamorous look, the skirt can be dressed up or down. I need one size smaller on the top for the shoulder pads to sit right. The top shoulder seam to seam is 17”. I put a video at the end to show what point to what point I measured. I couldn’t get it pulled to stay in place while measuring and taking the photo but the video shows the end result and where the measurement is being taken. The skirt has some piling and thread pulls around the inside of the waist from the sequins. Suggestion… do not store the shirt AND skirt together in the dustbag.
