Royal blue top with open sleeves

Made by cable and gauge in a size medium fitting up to 36 inches in the chest. It is done in a royal blue and offers a boat neck cut, open sleeves with silver grommets held together with blue straps. It has only been worn twice in excellent used condition. Made of 95% viscose and 5% spandex.
