Sterling Silver 14kt Gold Amethyst Heart Necklace

Sterling silver necklace with triple heart pendant set with amethyst and accented with 14kt gold. There is also some teeny white stones but they were too small to test with my gem tester, purple stone tests in the amethyst range and the amethyst is accented with a frame of 14kt gold. Chain measures 18 inches length, pendant measures 7/8ths of an inch length and 5/8ths of an inch wide. Total weight is 4 grams. Stamped 925, 14k, and acid tests positive for sterling silver. I did not test the gold area. H
