Cowl neck floral mini dress size small. White, blue, and pink floral chiffon top and bright pink body con bottom. Open back/backless. This is such a fun party dress and super flattering. Brand is H&M, but I got it in Paris in ~2014, so it's that especially good European H&M quality from that time. Just selling because I don't have much opportunity to wear it anymore. Size small, see photos for measurement. The waist and the bottom half have a lot of stretch, so the measurements are just the low end o what would fit.
