Ruched blue floral tie-up blouse

Super cute ruched dark blue floral top (with pink flowers) with a tie-up at the front that could be left open or tied closed for a modest look. The top could also be worn off-the-shoulder but I personally always wore it as a normal top. The material is really comfy I’m just trying to downsize!
