In good preowned vintage condition. Made of cotton. Measurements in photos. Measures: waist (all around) 29", rise (waist to crotch 11", inseam (crotch to jeans hem) 25 1/2". Elastic on waist back sides (see 9th photo). Color most accurate in 3rd and 4th photo. My home is smoke free and cat/dog friendly.
