A&F black mini dress in a chiffon material featuring sheer angel sleeves and a smocked back! This is an outlet exclusive item. Please note that the dress has a few pulls at the bottom of the dress which I do not think are noticeable unless you are looking close up at the dress, but I have captured in the photos.
