Vintage Julie’s Closet Dress/Tunic

Super fun vintage Y2K solid black dress/mini dress or tunic top with little split style short flutter sleeves, banded bottom hem and lovely felted neckline bib detail with heavy gold tone bead and sequin embellishments! I think the brand was Julie’s Closet or something — it is faded as shown. (boutique brand) It looks a lot like a BCBG one I had around the same time too! (See photos) This can be worn pulled down further or with the band up higher. (I remember pairing with a cool black blazer, tights and knee high boots, etc.) Some very minor fuzzies/pilling but nothing noticeable! See pics. Size medium, but I was a small when I wore.
