The lining needs mending by both underarms, and the hem needs to be re-sewn on. There is also a hardened area on the lining material by the bottom that doesn’t affect the wear of the coat (once it’s all mended). The outside pockets needs to be fixed as well - the edges of the pockets seams have started to come undone. Aside from that no other flaws were noticed. With a little bit of work this coat can be good as new. No size tag was found but based off the measurements it fits like a medium. Please check measurements to ensures the correct fit. Measurements (approximate): • 22.5 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of arm • 33 inches from shoulder to bottom hem • 20 inches from one underarm to the other
