Polka Dot Pleated Skirt - Cream and Black. Elastic Waist

Elegant cream pleated skirt with black polka dots. Perfect for any occasion. Size L. Is lined but does not come down to bottom of skirt stops about 6in shy. Was too big for me so I never wore. Looks very comfy with the elastic waist though. Skirt from waist is about 31-32 in long. Waist is about 15.5. Smokefree home
