Vintage 1940s Varsity Jacket, Black and Yellow, Delta Champs 45-46, Size M/L

Black wool varisity jacket from the 40s. It has yellow stripe bands. There is a cool applique on the back that says DELTA CHAMPS 45-46. It snaps up the front and is flannel lined. Brand - unknown, the label is no longer attached Size - approximately a modern Medium/Large but please check all measurements to ensure fit Chest - 23" pit to pit Waist - 16.5" across, stretches to 18.5" Length - 24.25" Sleeves - 29.25" from neckline Condition - Overall it's in really good condition for the age. The snaps are scratched. The cuffs look a little dingy. The pile of the fabric is worn down a bit on the elbows but I don't see any holes. There is a small hole in the lining. There are some rust stains in the lining as well that look like are from hanging on a wire hanger that rusted.
