This top is sooooooooooo cute! Navy in color. The sleeves are fitted at the cuff and have vertical sheer ruffles going from shoulder to cuff. Swiss dots on ruffles. The body of this is very soft and light knit. Super comfortable. V-neck. The tags have been removed. I am a L-XL and it fits me perfectly. The 20" PTP is lying flat but the knit on this top is very stretchy. I found this piece to be very comfy. Not sure of brand or size or material but this top feels like quality!
