Lovely short sleeve true wrap jersey ruffle hem knee length dress from ELOQUII. This is a true wrap style so the sizing has some flexibility. The jersey material drapes fabulously. Dress it up or down! GUC with flaw: the button at the neck (which is not necessary) came off. You could easily have it repaired at a tailor or just wear it as is. 006
