NWT Nikki chasin puff skirt ivory moire small

Gorgeous puff skirt by Nikki chasin in an elegant ivory moire fabric. It has a tulle lining for puff, invisible side zip and pockets, and an elasticated panel at the back waist. NWT, I took a chance on this skirt in a smaller size, but the waist is too small for me. Trying to get back what I spent minus fees. No flaws that I could find, other than a slight imperfection at the bottom of the zipper where it meets the fabric (picture 7). Waist is approx 12.5-14”. Length 37”.
