akstegs @anna_kostynska Hello! I will add measurements to the listing for you. The fabric does have some stretch, but there is very little to no stretch at the skirts waistband because of the way it is designed.

akstegs @anna_kostynska my own waist is a 26.5", and though this is 13" across it fits me albeit just a little tight at the waist. Hope this helps one way or another! Let me know if you have any other questions
