Vintage All Around Reversible Pleated Skirt in Plaid Wool

This listing is for a vintage all around pleated skirt in 100% wool plaid. It is completely reversible. It dates from the late 1970s to early 1980s. The skirt has been constructed so that there are 2 predominant colours depending on which side is out. One side is mostly shades of purple and the other is shades of blue. The skirt has a waistband and a zipper with button closure. The tag is for Highland Queen and it says it is a size 14 but I would consider it a much smaller size compared to modern clothing. Please check the measurements, especially for the waistband. Note that the fabric has a bit of a slub texture in places.
