The Limited Black and Blue Dress with Belt Small

This is a beautiful belted black and blue dress from The Limited in size small. It would be perfect to wear to work! The flat measurements are approximately 17" pit-to-pit, 14" in the waist, and just over 36" long. There is very little give to the fabric, but it has a side zipper. The dress itself is in great condition and only worn a few times. There is some wear/peeling of the belt (underside of belt - see last photo) that won't be easily noticeable when worn. There are also some wrinkles from storage. My home is smoke-free but dog-friendly.
