Vintage Betsey Johnson 90s New York label. A super soft and fluffy cupcake style strapless dress. Zips up the back with boning to help the top hold its shape. Ruffle details along the top. Had a sash tie in back. Dark navy color with sea foam green polka dots. The polka dots are brokered so it had some texture to it. Tuille layer underneath, very soft tuille not scratchy at all. SO many layers give this dress extra poof! Really good used condition. This dress is perfect for a wedding, garden party, ect. The perfect preppy princess dress.
