I am 5’6” , 130lbs and had this altered to shorten the straps and hem the length. I wore 1 inch heels, and it came to floor-length. The straps are not adjustable; the ties actually come separately and are tied onto the strap. Beautiful, comfortable dress in a neutral color. It is nice and stretchy, and easy to walk and dance in.
