REI Womens Size 6.5 Hiking Boots Shoes

The product is a pair of REI women's hiking boots in size 6.5. These shoes have a width and come in a multi-color design. ***Flaw** Please see the pictures There is white flakes looking on bottoms of shoes however it may be the design. I am unsure Please see picture There is a spot pointed out near lace.
