I believe these are men's due to the cut through the hips and the inseam length, but they are missing size and care tags so I've made my best guess on sizing based on the current size chart and measurements. My research indicates that 10M marked on the back patch has nothing to do with sizing. I believe these to be true vintage, likely Y2K era but I'm not 100% certain. They feel like mostly cotton with little to no stretch.
