MISSING BELT Torrid Navy Blue Skater Dress- Size 3x- READ DESCRIPTION

Navy blue floral skater-style dress from Torrid from back before they put pockets on everything (according to the cut tag, 2016!). Size 3x Has intact belt loops but Torrid belts were not built to last & this one's did not. There is one tiny spot on the bottom front of the dress where the rayon material lost a smidgen of thread & there is a faint white line.
