Black and white short strapless Cocktail dress

Black and white cocktail dress. Tiered style in the front, but not in the back. Short length (approx 27”) with hemline raised slightly in the front over the left leg (see picture). Size small in great used condition. Lightly lined top with zipper closure. Has elastic at the back for a better fit and “grippy” trim along the top of the front to minimize sliding
