Vintage Handknit Cottagecore Cabincore Mock Neck Cross Stitch Sweater Small

Super fun vintage (unsure of decade - possibly 1960's ?) sweater, mock neck with zip back closure and windowpane pattern. Unsure of both the material content and the size. Feels like a wool blend. Light wear including a couple faint spots on the sleeves that have not been treated. This fits like a comfortable small or a tight medium. I'm modeling it as a size medium with the back unzipped and it's quite tight. My measurements are a women's size 8/10, broad shouldered 36C, and this is quite tight.
