Blue and white in color in a floral pattern. Dress only. Hoop is not included. Does have an under slip. Floor length. Lace bell sleeves and lace detailing on front. Silk look mid section sewn cut out. No fabric tags but feels like 100% Cotton or a Cotton blend. High quality piece. Size small. Victorian look. Great for costume party, cosplay, etc.
