Excellent pre-owned condition—almost like new! This was purchased new by me several years ago. It was only worn once and had no alterations. The dress is a beautiful navy blue color with a floral pattern at the bottom. The underskirt has two layers; the innermost layer is a satiny material. See photos for details. • Features: Sewn in bra cups, sheer illusion neckline, sweetheart neckline, ribbon belt, zip closure, fit and flare, sleeveless. • Flaws: No holes, stains or tears.
