VINTAGE Carved grey stone elephant's head brooch ~ Boho safari 1980s 1990s pin

Eye-catchingly unique and thoroughly beautiful, this later twentieth-century carved natural stone elephant head-shaped brooch is such a timelessly lovely piece of jewelry. Dating to c. 1980s - 1990s, this sturdy, well-made vintage carved elephant pin is constructed from a solid piece of carved stone (which *might* be jasper or granite, though I cannot say for certain) that stars shades of brown, grey, and black.
