Hot Topic Vintage Black Studded Leather Choker and Bracelet set

Black leather choker and bracelet set with silver studs. Stylish and edgy accessory. Vintage 90’ from Hot Topic, this set is from my own collection. Some glue/tarnish is seen on the bracelet spikes. I haven’t tried to clean it but maybe it’s possible with a toothbrush and solution. Necklace measures 18” from end to end with holes starting at 13” Bracelet is 7.5” with 2 snap closure. It’s stamped SM for SMALL. Inside snaps measure 6” and outside snaps measure 7.5
