Re-poshing this item I purchased from @momacd. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. VGUC - no holes or tears, fading and some fraying at the pockets both front and back and top of the cuffs. Cuffs are fixed at 4.25". Waist approximately:15.25" Rise approximately: 8.5" Inseam approximately: 24"
