Vintage early 90s dress , bodysuit and floral * read descriptions

This is a vintage button up dress the top is for some reason a bodysuit but the parts are attached the buttons are have wonky and I think need to be replaced the top is very stretchy classic 90s material , if it stretches to much it will become sheer this is vintage , so keep that in mind accepting offers 16 and a quarter inches pit to pit waist is 12 inches pit to pit but stretches up to 15 inches side to side
