THIS COACH POPPY IS FABULOUS!! The only callouts are some minor rubbing on the handles and one small dot on the inside liner, that can easily be wiped clean. There are NO OTHER STAINS, RUBBING, KNICKS OR PROBLEMS WOTH THIS TOTE. It comes w its original 2 hang tags… The crossbody strap is NOT with the bag..I hv been looking for it and found it..
