Vintage Antique Native American Handwoven Tapestry Wall Hanging Runner 55"x18"

I do not know the tribal affiliation details or specific age, but i was told it's antique by the original owner. There are a couple of issues to note.  First is the red ink that has run a little from the pattern in the center.  Second, there is a repaired tear on the edge of the center about an inch long. There is also a little damage on the end with the red stripes.  There is a thumbtack still in the fabric from an old hanging job.  There is also a little staining on one side of that area.
