80's Vintage green velvet baby dress 3-6m

Material: The main body is dark green velvet. 100% cotton Design Features: White lace or doily-style Peter Pan collar with red floral embroidery. Short, puffy sleeves often finished with matching white lace trim. A decorative white bow at the center of the collar. In great used condition. Light stain on collar, pointed out in picture. Likely can be treated and cleaned. It's barely noticeable when not under the bright lights I'm using to photograph. Velvet is in good condition, a spot or two show age but no holes.
