red Unique Vintage high waisted nautical pin-up wiggle pencil skirt, size L NWT

This sailor/nautical style pencil skirt is in brand new, never used condition with tags attached. Size Large (10/12). Beautiful bright red color. Stretchy material. Back zip and slit. No pockets. waist: 15" length from top to bottom hem: 32" I normally wear a large in UV skirts, but this runs large in the hips. This was why it was (sadly!!) a little too big on me since I have smallish hips and no butt. Pet-friendly, smoke-free home.
