Zhivago Sheer Black Mesh Zip-Up Blouse with Puffed Shoulders

Delicate sheer mesh blouse with a center zip closure. Puffed shoulder panels add structure. Subtle glitter thread throughout. Ruffled cuffs for a feminine touch. Lightweight and semi-transparent for layering. New never worn, sleeve ruffles around the wrist have been shortened.
