6x 18g twisty rings

Six twisty pieces of jewelry with multi-colored balls on the end. Balls are acrylic and screw on each twist. I assume you can change out the balls as you wish. These have never been used but have been sterilized and disinfected. *Though the pic shows 5, there are 6 for sale*
