The fabric is stretchy and comfortable. I am selling because they are a bit too tight - I am more of a size 26/27 now. The picture is of the same pants (same model number - see the picture of the tag) in black without raw hems - I couldn't find a professional picture of the grey version online since these were bought 4+ years ago.
