jillyruss @rmbops total length from the crotch to the bottom is 31. Yes, I would consider these high waisted. From the top of the bottom to the crotch it is 9 inches.

jillyruss @rmbops sorry for the delay. The size of the pant is 31. I measured 35.5 inches from the button around back to the button. These jeans also don’t have stretch.
