70's "James Beard's American Cookery" - 70's Cookbook - 70's Recipe Book - Chef

This is the 1972 printing of "James Beard's American Cookery" cookbook. It's an extra large hardcover. book filled with a multitude of classic recipes and cooking instructions/tips. In excellent vintage shape, there is some wear and tear to the dust jacket. The book and its pages are in excellent condition with very light soiling along the book block (outside edge.)
