70s Mattel Barbie Clone Fashions Cowgirl Outfit

This is a Mod Era fashion outfit that was ordered from a catalogue like J.C. Penney's. It was specially made for Barbies or Barbie clones (11.5" fashion dolls). The top is cotton, and the skirt is a faux suede material. This outfit was marketed and made for Mattel Barbie doll, but was not made by Mattel. This outfit comes with its original cowgirl hat and boots. I added the purse because... I just thought it went rather well with the ensemble, and I love that the word "happiness" is imprinted in handwriting on the back. The skirt still has its plaid belt as well! An amazing outfit, well made, and in excellent vintage condition!
