70's Super Mastermind Game - 70's Secret Code Game - 2 players - ages 10+

This 1975 game is the "super" version of Parker Brothers' Mastermind. Original mastermind involves a battle of wits and logic between two players. The code maker sets up the code pegs behind a secret shield and the code breaker has 12 opportunities to duplicate the color and position of the hidden pegs. If that sounds hard, now imagine Super Mastermind has 5 holes and 8 colors to match, so that is a permutation of 59049. I think I'd go mental before I would ever break the code. Meant for 2 players ages 10 to adult, this game is a definite measure of intelligence. Take a try at cracking the code! In excellent vintage shape, the game box is a little faded with age and has some very light wear. Please see the pictures for details. I did NOT count all the pieces.
