70's "The Borowski Cookbook" - 70's Manitoba Cookbook - MB MLA 1969 - Recipes

This is the May 1, 1977 1st printing of "The Borowski Cookbook". He was an MLA in Manitoba in 1969 and owned a vitamins and health food store. From La Salle, Manitoba, this recipe book includes Ukrainian kutia and German potato salad along with some pretty awesome local 70's advertisements from shops and restaurants. This is a plastic coil book. In excellent vintage shape, there are a couple of small marks to the cover. As well, the plastic coil likes to uncoil itself. You just have to reinsert through the hole.
