70's "The Official Sesame Street 2 Book and Record Album" - 70's Kids Record

This 1971 album titled "The Official Sesame Street 2 Book-and-Record Album" is presented by Warner Bros. Records and CTW (Children's Television Network). It includes a super fun booklet and a few Sesame Street cardboard signs. Enjoy singing along with your kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews, and the original cast of Sesame Street! The cover is in very good shape with light soiling and a corner hole punched through. As well, the booklet is no longer stapled to the cover. Please see the pictures for details. The vinyl has some light scratches, and I have not played it through, however.
