70's UCTCI Japan Trixie Poppet Candlestick Holder Figurines - 2 - Candle Holders

This is a pair of long-neck trixie poppet ceramic/porcelain bisque boy and girl figurine candlestick holders. Research shows me that they're likely from Japan in the 70's. They have a pink/grey/slight lavender color to them. They both measure approximately 9" tall and 5 1/2" wide. The boy is 3 1/2" deep, and the girl is 4 1/2" deep. The hole for the candle measures 3/4" wide, and there is red felt on the bottom of each piece to keep surfaces from scuffing. There are different manufacturers of this type of long eyelash poppet figurine, but I believe they are UCTCI Studio Pottery candle holders. Some are listed as ceramic and others are considered porcelain bisque. I personally would lean towards porcelain because they're quite delicate. I cannot guarantee the brand nor the material. In very good vintage shape, there is the odd scuff/mark but nothing noteworthy. As well, the candle holes have some slight remnants of tape/wax in them. Please see the pictures for details.
