70's Ukrainian Bud Vase - Ukrainian Ceramic Collectible - Ukrainian Vase

This is a "short and stout" Ukrainian patterned ceramic bud vase. This black/red against a "not quite" white background vase measures 3 1/2" tall and has a 2 7/8" opening. I'm guessing it's from the 70's, but could also be a 80's piece. There is no maker's mark. In excellent vintage shape, there are some black marks on the bottom. Please see the pictures for details.
