70's Ukrainian Ceramic Tray - Ukrainian Serving Tray - Ukrainian Collectible

This is an incredible Ukrainian folk art serving platter with handles. From Bareuther Waldsassen in Bavaria Germany, this ceramic tray, decorated by Elsie's Exclusives in Toronto Canada, measures 9" across, 5 5/8" wide and 1 1/4" tall. I am guessing it's from the 70's, but I don't know for certain. In excellent condition, there are a couple of small spots. I believe they are part of the painting process. Please see the pictures for details. Ukrainian folk art is so collectible. Use as a serving piece or just display because it's so beautiful.
