70's Very Easy Vogue Pattern #8990 - Women's Cowl Neck Dress Pattern -70's Dress

This is Very Easy Vogue Patterns #8990 for a women's dress with a cowl neck. Marked a size 12 with a 34" bust, I'm quite confident this pattern is from the 70's. Vintage sizing is different than today's sizing. Would like be closer to a today's size 4 - 6. The envelope has some wear. Please see the pictures for details. All the pieces are present.
