70s vintage highwaisted maxi skirt Measures 25” waistband, 19” across at hips, 42.5” length Thin lightweight material, black with a slight shine to it, blue and pink floral pattern High rise, lightning zipper at back, flared maxi length  Great Vintage Condition, appears to have been rehemmed with a few minor "runs" in fabric where previous hem was (pictured)  Brand is Joyce Palmer
